Although most people think this isn't necessary and just use their old items or older sibling's items while other people don't even know where to start! Wouldn't you love to have an awesome day filled with happiness peace and Joy? Here are our TOP 10 suggestions on how to do that. 1. Sleep early. It has been proven by scientists that sleeping early could make you wake up early and give your brain a frest start and to have an awesome day your brain is a key feature, so if you sleep late you'll probabbly wake up late and you might not have the best start to your day! 2. Get enough sleep. This is related to number 1 if you sleep early you'll wake up early and also have enough hours The American Academy of Sleep Medicine has recommended that children aged 6–12 years should regularly sleep 9–12 hours per 24 hours and teenagers aged 13–18 years should sleep 8–10 hours per 24 hours. If you could change three things about Earth what would they be.

Earth is our home but Most people who live in it do not care about it. Here are three things I'd like to change and if I could I definately would. 1. I'd make Earth Day a more important day Every 22nd of April we have Earth day where we should take care of the Earth but most of the population didn't even know this day exsists while others know but they don't care and some people will only care if it's a school project or their parents made them do it. Only a few people actually care about this day. I think that earth day should be taken more iportantly because Earth os our home and if the earth had just decided to Kick us out we'd all die because you can't live anywhere else without an oxygen tank! It takes 5-8 minutes to plant a tree of your choice and it's absolutely free to do in your backyard but that tree could grow and be with your generation for years to come.
